This is a very compact device and will be very useful if you usually have muddy or dirty hard floors.
My floors appear generally very clean however this device showed that my floors can be cleaner.
Features I really liked were, it is very easy to use, the charging docking station is neatly designed and one charge is enough to clean all the hard floors in my home.
Equally important is its ability to suction messes such as spilt milk, drinks and even cereals with ease on hard floors.

> You have to bear in mind that this product requires its own cleaning solution to be used effectively, and you will get through a small bottle of solution very quickly.

Sparkly clean floors in seconds!
I’m so pleased with this cleaner, everything from the convenient stand which doubles as a charger to the easy fill and empty tanks. The weight is more than manageable and it gloss easily too clean.
No problems with battery life at all and you can clean a room in a matter of minutes!!!
The self cleaning function is brilliant although a little noisy but it doesn’t take long at all!
It cleaned my floors really well and is so much better than my previous carpet cleaner which I used for hard floors too.
There a couple of very tiny things that would improve it: I had a little spot stain which didn’t come up so I just popped a little spray on it and let it sit for a minute then it came up fine. So tougher marks may need pretreatment but no scrubbing in my case.
And the fill tank is filled from the bottom, now whilst it is small you can’t then stand it up with the plug open during filling as the top of it is curved so make sure you’ve opened the cleaning solution bottle lid before filling otherwise it’s a little faffy. But honestly it’s not big or heavy and that’s just me being really picky!

Brilliant
This 2 in 1 has amazed me and made my life a lot easier having a large downstairs with hard flooring that is white, they have never looked so clean. This is lightweight, quiet, easy to use and over halves the time it takes me to usually clean the floors. The self cleaning feature is so helpful too. You cannot use this as just a hoover so note that if you do have some carpeted areas of the house, you may need another model but I would highly recommend because my floors have never been cleaner as it’s so easy and quick to keep on top of things everyday with a quick once over and the floors dry so fast compared to usual also. You can see how dirty the water is after emptying the tank, but the floors are only cleaned with the fresh water in the other tank, so much more hygienic and the cleaning solution smells delightful and clearly does a great job! Overall I think this is a brilliant product and will certainly and have already recommend to others. Made my life much easier when keeping a clean home especially with pets and muddy paws in the winter.
Bissell crosswave
This lightweight wet and dry bissell CrossWave was simple to put together, just a few pieces clicked into place and we were ready to go. Having a dog, cat and a 9 Yr old child, you can guarantee my floor will find this item very useful. Easy to use, just fill the water tank to the line and add the cleaning solution and push the button to start. Considering I had already mopped my floor today, I was actually taken aback with how dirty the water in the bottom tank was. Very easy to manoeuvre it glided across my wooden flooring and my vinyl flooring with ease. After cleaning the floor, I put the CrossWave back in the dock and pressed the self clean button and it run a clean cycle. I must admit I ran the clean cycle quite a few times to make sure the roller was thoroughly clean. So pleased with my new CrossWave, so much better than my previous steam mop, I would highly recommend this item.
Great for daily quick cleans!
This product is great for daily cleaning of floors. It is lightweight, easy to use and easy to manoeuvre. Even with disabilities I was able to use the product successfully to achieve a great clean of my floor on a daily basis. My only criticism is it doesn’t tackle dried in marks so well. I found to do these it was beneficial to spray them with a floor cleaner spray first. It also is not great at getting into corners, and one really annoying feature is the clean water tank does not stand flat to fill which means you have to hold it in one hand whilst unscrewing the cleaning fluid in the other. I would definitely recommend this product though if like me you have pets and children and want a daily quick but efficient clean. I thought my floors were fairly clean until I started using this!
Easy to handle and clean floors achieved!
I like that this wet/dry hoover is fairly compact. Manoeuvres easily and is quite light. Putting it together was easy and setting up for wet mode was straightforward. After a wet cycle you have to dismantle and rinse the parts (see photo), but the instructions made this easy and it only took a couple of minutes to do.
It didn’t get a couple of stubborn areas of dirt up, but in general cleaned the floor well - the dirty water at the end showed the results!!
No hose, so can’t be used as a general hoover for corners/edges/high places.
If you’re looking for a general hoover replacement then probably not for you.
But if you have large areas of hard floors (we have vinyl), which need a regular clean then I would recommend.
Great for regular clean up
We have sealed oak floors and a dog. This is great for daily maintenance cleans as it’s quick and easy to use. Our floors still need a more intensive weekly clean with a mop and bucket though. You’ll need a spare roller and filter right from the start, because all the parts need to be dry before reassembling and the next use, and the roller especially takes a good 24 hours to dry. The instructions for cleaning the appliance look a bit complicated at first but it’s very straightforward
Brilliant piece of kit
Brilliant concept for houses with pets and children! Food spills and wet dirt can be cleaned using just one product! No worrying about clogging your vacuum up!
The best thing about this for me is that it is cordless and it charges on the cleaning base. So once you’ve used it it cleans and charges where it’s stored! So always ready to use.
I would say it’s worth buying additional rollers so you can’t leat one dry fully if you’re using the other. Can start to smell fusty.

Does the job ... for a quick refresh this product works well. I found it worked well on my hard floors and on my kitchen mats also.
The cleaner has a sturdy docking staion which is compact.
Pros- quick clean up jobs in bwtween big cleans. Good suction and the cleaning agent has a fresh fragrance.
Cons - small water tank, frequently requires cleaning and the roller can begin to become stagnant quick. Requires frequent taking apart and washed.
Vacuum & mop in 1
We have a lot of tiled flooring in our house due to a lot of mud being walked in. This is ideal to vacuum and mop in one go. It is a bit of a faff to rinse everything after it's been used so may not be time efficient for small areas (I wouldn't bother doing the bathroom with it) and definitely recommend getting a second roller and filter so there is always a clean one in the machine ready to go. Overall it gets a thumbs up from me.
Super clean floors with ease
Wonderful product. I clean my floors often as i have a young child and dogs so the dirt builds up quickly. This allows me to hoover and mop simultaneously! So so easy to use and set up. My floors have never been so clean, leaves no streaks floor is dry again within 10 minutes. Use it two or more times a day. A new favorite of mine, would not be without it again. Brilliant and good value also cones with a warranty.

It's a chore keeping on top of sweeping and mopping and to be honest most mop solutions even steam are just wiping dirty water about! This with its two cartridges of clean and dirty water is properly cleaning but the fact it picks up dirt to save me that sweeping/vacuuming job is just incredible. Very easy to operate and the most satisfying dirty water as a result even on a floor that looked not too bad!

We purchased this item several weeks ago, it is an excellent product and makes short work of cleaning our LVP flooring, saving time and effort. We looked at several areas but very happy that we chose the Bex Bissell. Great value for money.
Great machine
This is a game changer. It does 3 things at once. It vacuums washes and dries at the same time. Because it is cordless it can be moved from room to room. My husband loves it so it's now his job to do the floors.
Picks up lots of dirt
I never realised how much dirt was still on the floor even after using a normal spray mop. Since using the Bissell I can see a clear difference and it collects all the waste water.
