This is the first cordless vacuum from Numatic and they have smashed it in my opinion with so many clever features.
One of the simplest features is my favourite and that’s the soft felt strip on the front of the brush head as I’m always bashing my furniture with vacuums and this simple feature stops that instantly no more damage.
The other features are all so simple but so clever like the pods which can be swapped in seconds by anyone a very easy to use slide switch opens the container and the pod is removable without a trace of dust leaving the vacuum, as an allergy sufferer this makes it a pleasure to empty rather than stressing.
The brush head is another amazing piece of engineering that allows simple and quick cleaning of the hose and the actual brush inside the head can be removed in seconds with a simple click and twist.
The motorised head has another great feature in that you can choose to turn the brush off for more delicate areas but without losing any suction this I found very helpful on my rugs which usually get caught in the rollers as they have a long pile.
No trigger, the power control is by buttons rather than a trigger which I’m happy to see as holding a trigger for 20-40 mins while vacuuming is not comfortable and all the functions are in easy reach like the turbo boost and switch for the motorised brush.
Extendable handle attachment is a clever feature which changes the holding angle making long usage more comfortable and is easily attached with a robust clip system.
The Battery power, Hetty comes with a 25.2v 3000mah battery that’s 75.6whs now that might not mean much to most ppl so in simple terms I have a 2 bedroom flat with hardwood floors, carpets,Lino and rugs so a varied amount of surfaces and I used the vacuum for 40 mins in various modes and power levels and still had 75% battery which I was very pleased to see it never skipped a beat.
Extra tools holder and charger,
The Hetty Quick comes with a tool holder and charger and cradle which can be attached to the wall by 2 screws which are supplied with raw plugs, the charger then attaches to the cradle by wrapping it through the clip at the side this means it does need to be plugged into the battery and is not slide and charge this was one thing I found could have been done but doesn’t affect the actual vacuum, the other attachments are a soft furnishings brush great for curtains and sofas and a narrow slim tube ideal for hard to reach places.
The Hetty Qucik comes with 26 pods which should last around 1 year averaging 1 pod every 2 weeks which is great but this will depend on your own usage.
Overall I think Numatic has entered the cordless market with a bang and will make others sit up and watch.

The weight in the hand of the vacuum unit when fully assembled can feel top-heavy.
When in use, the unit does glide quite nicely across wood floors and also carpet.
The "turbo" feature is rather loud but not louder than any typical vacuum in their higher power modes. The ability to turn on/off the rotating brush/roller is useful, I found mine got clogged up in long hairs very quickly. Removing the brush/roller is easy, but removing long hairs from the roller is not. Get the scissors ready!
There is an extension handle which actually made the device feel too long for me (I am 6ft 2) so I detached mine shortly after trying it out.
I laughed at the torch on the front, why does a vacuum need a torch!? I ate my humble pie later when I realised what a useful feature this was. Handy to see the dark corners even if your room is well lit, you may have missed something if not for the torch.
My initial thoughts about the disposable pods are that they create landfill when there hadn't been a need to do so with bagless options. However the bagless options create a lot of mess and risk of allergic dust reaction, so the Hetty with its pods has the answer to that. There is no indication though as to how long each pod should last you, it would depend on how often you use it and what for. You get 26 so I would hope that this is a year's worth at least of regular vacuuming.
The instructions are illustrated, they could have done with a few explanatory words in there to guide you, perhaps at least to explain the features.
Dust Free Amazing Hoover
I bought this for my mum for Christmas and let me say I love the dust free pod feature as it gives u up to an months supply of hoovering and u don’t have to keep emptying it over and over again it’s mint. Also I will say it had got a bit of weight to it but it’s still a light hoover this is due to its big pod system and it’s also got little rings that help the bad smells go away. It is all round a powerful hoover and very easy to use I would suggest this hoover over any other brand like shark or Samsung or Dyson there all rubbish compared to this. It had different modes where u can turn the brush motor off on the head to give u extra run time and also has powerful cleaning mode and lasts around 40 mins on normal mode which is enough time to clean the whole house and out house is quite big. However it doesn’t have anti hair wrap technology so after every use u need to get a pair of sizzors and cut the hair out to prevent blockages but u get that with proof try much every regular hoover now and even shark u still have to do that when they supposedly say they have anti hair wrap technology which doesn’t work. All round amazing hoover and doesn’t matter what colour u get there all the same and pods are cheap to buy so don’t worry about that and it gives u 6 months free pods coz each pod lasts a month roughly depending on how long u use it. Also it is quite loud not too loud but it is powerful tho.

Having had a Hetty in the past before changing to cordless Dyson when it packed up I decided to try the hetty cordless. Unfortunately we were away when our old vac came to the end of its days and I ordered this one because our son wanted to clean (I know , I was shocked too) picked the hetty because I liked the brand and the colour. However when we returned home I was very disappointed with it.
Our house is stone and wooden flooring throughout. The hetty doesn’t do anywhere near as good a job as the old Dyson. It is also VERY heavy and not the most comfortable machine to use. It does a good job on the rugs by elsewhere it takes forever to do the job, it seems to push the dust around rather than suck it up.
The sealed bag is good and I like that it’s dustless emptying. The boost suck is ok but doesn’t make much difference on the solid floors. If we had been home I would have returned it but as it was our son had used it so that option was out.
All in all it looks nice, but is far too heavy and isn’t effective on hard floors.
Great little vacuum cleaner
Wanted a cordless vacuum cleaner and eventually decided on Hetty. The deciding factor was the pods, I’m fed up of all these so called wonderful cleaners and as soon as you empty the bin you have clouds of dust and fur all up your arm and flying around. What’s the point of all the filters to breathe it in in the end 🤷♀️. So Hetty arrived a couple of day from order. Easy to assemble and was enough charge in battery to have a go. Used daily on laminate and carpet, easy to manoeuvre and not too heavy, the light is a great addition too. The brush bar is a dream to clean, you push a button and it come out for easy hair removal. Not the most powerful suction on normal, but good enough. Press the turbo button and it’s so powerful it will lift mats. All in all very pleased, my daughter was so impressed she went straight out and bought the Henry version 😂 and threw her shark out. Did I say she’s so cute too, pretty pink with a cute little face and no more emptying dirty bins. I would say get one now 👍

This cleaner has excellent suction, even in normal mode, and picks up dirt and dust really well. I like the air bleed control, which can be used to adjust the level of suction. Boost gives extremely powerful suction and I don’t generally use it as I find it too strong.
I love the fact that I don’t have to clean any filters. The dust free emptying system is really good and means that the inside of the plastic cylinder stays clean, as all the dust is contained within the pod.
The run time is excellent; I can clean the whole house (3 beds), without rushing, on a quarter of a battery charge.
The cleaner can go straight from carpet to hard floors without having to adjust anything, although you can turn off the brush roll if you want to.
The cleaner is lightweight, so easy to use and carry. The different parts and tools are easy to put together and take apart.
All round, this is an excellent cleaner and I highly recommend it.

Extremely pleased with this hoover. It is very lightweight and very easy to use, even my 6yr old can easily use this! It comes with a little scented disc, which smells lovely! Kinda coconutty I think? The hoover bags have little smiley faces on them, and there's loads of bags in this box! There's attatchments that attach to the wall holder to keep everything together, and a handle extender too (which is useful as my partner is over a foot taller than I am). This can be used with the long pink pipe as a big hoover, or u can attach the brush bit to the handle to make hoovering stairs a lot easier. It is a lot quieter than my other hoover too, which is a bonus. The instructions are clear and easy to read too. This hoover has got my 6yr old very excited to help with the housework now - he loves pink, and loves that he can move it in all directions by himself.

Great hoover really good suction great battery life did not think i would like this as it uses pods and always preferred a bagless hoover as meant no extra cost after purchasing hoover and never been a fan of bagged hoovers. But have to say it has surprised me comes with a suggested years supply of 26 pods.i have to say i love the way at a flick of a switch the roller bar slides out and you can remover all the hair off it.in a house with 3 people with long hair and 2 dogs with 1 bedroom carpeted and the rest of the house wooden flooring it surprised me how much it collected much more than my other cordless hoover does.on negative i would say is a little heavier than other well known cordless hoovers.comes with variety of attachments and wall bracket and great colour pink, would recommend to anyone looking to invest in a new hoover.
Great as a 2nd Vaccum
This is more of a gap filler, making it so much easier to do a quick vac before work each day. To me, I don't feel it does the job of my regular Hetty, it just doesn't feel like it has the same power. It is however lightweight, nippy and more convenient to get out when in a hurry. It does have the suction needed to do the job but it just doesn't leave me with the same DEEP CLEAN feeling as the regular Hetty, struggles with BITS on my living room rug and isnt great with picking up shake n vac. Definitely worth buying if not intended to be your main vaccum. Takes up very little space, good battery life (last me a week using for a quick whizz around before work on weekday mornings). Overall, it's a nice little nippy, quick vaccum that does what it's meant to for a daily quick clean.

I got hetty quick about a month ago shes lovely and light weight perfect in the car no fuss shes not noisy and very powerfull she even has a turbo power button she has 4 lights that indicated how much power she has and how long she will take to be charged ive found fully charged she lasts over 4 hours but a bit less if your useing the tubo she has a lovely fragrance ring that you clip at the top of her head smells devine and havent had to change it yet the dust bag supprisingly collects a lot ive only changed it today and i hoover daily having no cord means im more free around the home shes is super quiet too our old henry hasnt seen the light of day🤣 nice to store not big and bulky abd with all her tools you can hover anything i realy am in love with her 🥰

We use Hetty virtually everyday and love her. One full charge is enough to vac the whole house with some charge remaining on the normal power setting.
For reference, our house is a two storey, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath.
My husband uses the handheld section with crevice detail tube on the higher power setting to vac the car.
Hetty’s pink colourway has become a great source of fun conversation whenever my husband is spotted outside vaccing the car.
The dust pods that come with Hetty are long lasting and easy to change with no mess.
We don’t bother using the optional scent discs as they are quite strong and a little synthetic smelling but as they aren’t necessary for Hetty to function it isn’t an issue for us.
All in all, a great purchase!
Great cordless hoover and it’s pink!!
I have to say I wasn’t sure how good this was going to be. I’ve always lived the Henry/hetty brand but wasn’t sure if the cordless was going to live up to the standards… I was wrong!! It’s not overly heavy which is a good point, picks up very well although when on the boost setting I physically can’t move it across my long pile carpets and there is no vent to adjust the air flow. Love the fact that it has the disposable dust bags and they are super cute. The best bit for me is the little space to put the freshener in as I have a dog so being able to keep the hoover smelling fresh is an absolute bonus. Instructions to put the hoover together were very straight forward and took all of a few minuets. Over all a good product.

We bought Hetty which is exactly the same as the red model but at the time of purchase a lot cheaper.
I expected it to be of a high standard as part of the Henry family and the quality is very good.we like the bag pods which are inexpensive and readily available.The battery on low suction works well in solid floor.There is a higher suction which rotates the brush and works well in carpet with a low pile.
I think all cordless would struggle on carpets with a long pile.
Brilliant for a quick run around.Only time will tell how the battery performs in the long run but l am confident a battery replacement is available at a reasonable price

I bought this as I love the Henry range and have them both for business and personal use. I have Henry George and Hetty corded but wanted a cordless fo hose quick run rounds. Hetty cordless does far more than any other cordless vacuum (I’ve tried every leading brand there is as a cleaner!) run time on standard - strong enough, is perfect, suction is fantastic as it’s a bagged vacuum. It has all the tools you need on a vacuum (I only wish they were compatible with the corded range!) It could be regarded as heavy for some people but no heavier than it’s competitors. My only annoyance is there’s nowhere to store tools onboard.
Great little pink Hetty
Having the original Henry hoover, which I love, I was looking for something lightweight and easy to use and came across this Hetty cordless. Its amazing! The suction is great, its really easy to use/move around and charge. Comes with a docking system you can screw into the wall. It has different settings, a brush spinning setting and an ultra suction setting, which can be on the loud side. I like having the replaceable pods and it also has a seperate fragrance disc, which is also replaceable. The only downside for me is the weight, I find it quite heavy if doing a whole house.

It's well made and looks great, Heavy so not good if you want something lightweight. Good for light hoovering, Suction is OK but had to pass over dust a few times to get it to pick up. I've put it upstairs for quick clean up where there's not too much pet hair either my dogs downstairs. But I expected better suction power for the price, Can't comment on battery life as only used it s few times on one charge. Would recommend to anyone without much pet hair and for quick daily vacuuming. Found it better on carpet than hard floor because it didn't pick up first few time.
Cleaning more than ever now!
Had been wanting a cordless vacuum for a while but was too much of a Henry/Hetty fan so when I saw they had created this beauty I had to get it. I’m cleaning more than ever as it’s just so easy and no faffing about. Great suction. Love the fact you can easily clean out the roller and really easy to move around. The handheld bit is a little heavy for anything longer than a few minutes but isn’t an issue for me. Haven’t yet swapped the pods yet but all seems quite straightforward. Easy to put together and just love Hettys little face! Makes cleaning a joy.
Sturdy vacuum
I bought this for a change from a dyson, I am very happy with it and on full power it it has excellent suction, lots of charge on it to do the whole house, a little bit heavier and clumpier to use but I’m sure I will get used to it… The only downside to me is it doesn’t work on a high pile rug so I have to use the long attatchement that I use for the stairs… Also you need to untangle it more often than a dyson….
Another good point is you do not have to leave it plugged into charge constantly, which I’m sure will save on the electric…
Better than my Dyson!
After my dyson packed up I thought I’d try a different hoover. I was sick of the dust sitting in the bin of the dyson so I was happy to see this hoover had pods. I hoover every day and it’s been over a month and I haven’t changed the pod yet. It is a little bit on the heavy side but when you’re hoovering you don’t notice. It sucks up bits of crumbs no problem and leaves hoover lines on the carpet so you know it’s strong! Really pleased with it. Only drawback- the other half won’t use it as it’s pink 🤣

Bought Hetty to replace my handheld Dyson. I wish I had got one years ago. Pick up everything with just one sweep. So quiet you don’t think it’s performing much but it is. Not as heavy as the Shark I tried so perfect for me. I know you have to buy bags but I haven’t had to change it yet and I would have had to empty my Dyson approximately 4 times by now, so definitely less maintenance. Im really pleased with weight and performance so the colour, which I wasn’t keen on at first doesn’t bother me now.
