The connections are all via 2.4G wireless, 5.2 Bluetooth, or 3.5mm headphone jack, which will tick everyone's boxes, i assume; other features in the instructions were that they are Discord certified, Game Chat Audio Dial, and also have a Voice-Focus Boom Mic, which you can tell when using them.
On getting them out of the box, I tried them on, and the headphones also nicely cup your ears, and all controls are directly accessible on the headset itself. The power/wireless connection button, sound, mic and mute button are all there for an easy touch. I just need to mention the very groovy power button on the JBL Quantum 360P, but when clicking on/off, there are a couple of beeps letting you know what the status has been set to, this initially seemed gimmicky but its actually very pleasing and helps when you have the headset on.
Also the power button doubles up as a wireless connect button as well, and by sliding the button slightly past power-on, you can re-sync the wireless connection.
The headset has a jack port for the attachable mic and an optional USB-C cable for wired/charging the headset. The mic is easily removable if you can't be bothered with social interaction (this is me) but also has a boom mic cover if you do; I preferred it with the boom mic rather than without.
I tested online with a few games and was very pleased with the audio quality via both wireless and wired, updating it via DTS in the PS4 menu. A few games I noticed were very very loud when going to specific menus, but that was my bad as I had a fidget with the earpiece whilst eating some food with them on.
The surround sound was excellent and I could hear enemies creeping up on me with relative ease, also had a go on Elden Ring solo, and some of the effects were too good on my ears, almost uneasy in some dungeons cause of the clarity of the surround sound.
I really like these headphones and I looked for something to score them down on: if I was being picky, the feel of them is a bit plasticky and clicking the headphones on a large head (mine) can be slightly fiddly.
But then, not everyone has a massive head, and I can say if that's the worst takeaway I have from these headphones, then I’m being overly whiny.
All in all I would happily recommend these headphones, they are excellent in almost every way.

Great gaming headset
First of all they look so so cool and I really like the clean simplistic look, super modern and chic. As a girl gamer I find headphones to be big chunky things but these are cute! But would also serve a more masculine look. So easy to set up via Bluetooth and use, the sound quality is amazing, from both ends. So many platforms it can be used for so much more than gaming. Submersible doing but also I can hear the outside world if I want to too. The microphone can detach so perfect for music! The best thing and I think every device needs this is that from just 5 mins of charging you get an hours use! Simply amazing!

Excellent Clarity
Brilliant quality in comparison to my old popular brand headset. Headband is comfortable and you can adjust. Bluetooth or dongle connection, I used Bluetooth and it was very easy and the clarity is excellent for a mid range headset like this.
On the left ear you can adjust volume and there is a mic mute button. The microphone can also be detached.
Overall I am impressed at the quality you get for the price point and will definitely add JBL to my preferred brands.
Awesome headset
The JBL quantum 360p wireless headphones provide vibrant game audio with a rich sound that you’d expect from JBL. They offer wireless connectivity for PS, Switch and PC with simple set up. Build quality feels a little cheap but this makes for a very lightweight and comfortable headset that can be worn for hours on end without discomfort. Would definitely recommend, we found it a much better fit than the PlayStation branded ones.

I’ve enjoyed listening to music on them from my phone via Bluetooth. They are great to play the PlayStation with and a very good sound quality to make phone calls with.
The microphone would ideally be able to fold away, but it’s easy enough to unplug the mic.

Great little wireless headset for the money, has a low weight and good sound, has 2 balancing wheels and a mic mute button on the headset, only slight problem I’ve had with it is that I have to pull the dongle out of the ps5 to get sound back through the tv I can’t just turn off the headset, other than that just good all round.
