I was really looking forward to using these headphones for a number of reasons, I wanted a pair of headphones that I could connect up to my TV as I am a touch deaf these days and don't always catch all the words. I hoped they would not be difficult to connect as instructions can be a little daunting sometimes. When the earphones arrived I was immediately taken with how stylish they looked and how comfortable they felt when wearing them, the foam cups felt very light on the ear yet they did not slip and slide when moving about with them. I am blessed with being left handed and this can sometimes make it awkward to access buttons on the cup easily but I found no problems learning where they were and access to the microphone was just as easy. Setup was a breeze, I just followed the well laid out instructions and I was connected in under five minutes which I was amazed by. All in all I found these headphones to be excellent and only dropped them one star because I don't like the fact that the light on the microphone which turns red when you mute it by pressing it in, also works when the earphones are switched off so sometimes I was confused as to are they really turned off. Got to mention the massive 45 hour run time on one charge, impressive.

I am far from a minimalist but I don't like too many wires on my desk. I had been looking at a wireless head set for a while, but the high prices put me off. The JLab GO is a capable headset at a reasonable price.
Pros:
- Mic provides good quality, I haven't had any issues using Zoom and Microsoft -Teams.
- Good mic noise cancellation.
- Folds flat for travel and to fit in a bag
- Battery lasts the whole day. When you turn on the headset, a woman with a reassuring voice lets you know if the battery level is high, medium or low.
- The mic can be worn on either side.
- Comfortable for me to wear 8 plus hours without any issue.
- Can use the AUX cable to plug directly into your laptop if battery level is low.
Cons:
- There is no travel case.
- They are on my over, rather than over ear. However they do a decent job of blocking our some external sound.
Bonus tip: If you want the mic boom to be closer to your mouth, you can rotate one of the ear cups closer.
Summary: At this price it's a no brainer to buy this. It does not provide studio quality audio, but it is still very good especially at this price.

Bought these headphones for work and so glad that I did! They connect to my phone and laptop at the same time, seamlessly switching between the 2 without any intervention needed! I dont think even the most expensive headphones switch between devices this effortlessly. I have a 3 month old at home so you can imagine how important noise cancellation is during work calls and I can confidently say that this is amazing too! Works really well. And finally, the battery life is amazing. Lasts me an entire week even though I use it throughout the day for Teams call and surfing Instagram! And the USB C charging port means no other wires/bricks required my phone's charger works perfectly!
I wish there was an option to switch off the red light on the mic. I know it would be really helpful for people, but kind of distracting for me. The only dissapointing bit is the design of the USB C dongle. It's too wide and blocks the other port on my Mac. But I only need to connect to 2 devices at a time (as would most people I suppose) So I just use it as a dust protector for the USB port on the headphones :)
Great headphones
After months of working from home and doing calls using my pc speakers I received a pair of jlab work headphones to try out. The Bluetooth connection was so easy to set up, the instructions were concise yet clear. Then I was off on my first call. The sound quality was great, no interference at all. The headphones were easy to adjust and sat comfortable on my ears. Usually over ear headphones make my ears hurt after a while but not these, they were comfortable. The band across the top has cushioning too which was great. My only negative here is that my ears got a little warm. All of the controls are on the right hand side and despite my initial scepticism about how easy they'd be to operate, I had no problems. The buttons are of a decent size so as not to be fiddly but neither are they too big. Easy to switch on and off and to adjust the sound. According to colleagues the microphone performed well, my voice was clear with no interference. All in all a really nice set of headphones.
Alright Headset not great for Noise cancelling
I bought these primarily because I wanted affordable noise cancelling headphones when working/taking calls, and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in terms of blocking out surround sound/background but when in conversations (via bluetooth) it's completely fine and others can hear me clearly.
I thought there would be more blocking out external noise when the headphones are on and I'm listening to music, I don't like to put music too high (so as to avoid ear drum damage) which is why I went for headphones as opposed to in-ear headphones, so with music background noise is minimised but I can still hear conversations - so no noise cancelling there.
Due to the "noise cancelling" feature it's supposed to be comfortable on the ears (as it fits quite tightly) for long durations, it isn't. I wouldn't recommend wearing these for more than 1 hour (at a push) as ears begin to ache, I wear my headset loose anyway but find I need breaks to avoid earache.
Comfy but too sensitive
These headphones are very comfy and have very clear sound, unfortunately, they are very sensitive and pick up any hint of background noise which isn’t ideal on a call. My favourite feature is the quick press mute button on the side which lights the mouthpiece red so you can easily tell if you’re muted or not. I did have to have a couple of tries to get it to sync with my devices but it did get there in the end. The charging cable supplied is sturdy and easy to use and is bright blue so you’re less likely to lose it! They come with a clear instruction leaflet to explain the set up process easily which is nice so you don’t have to go online for instructions. They are pretty good for just listening to music as the sound is crisp and the sensitive mouthpiece isn’t an issue then. Another plus is obviously the fact that they are wireless so it is easy to move around wearing them.
This one is worse, lost a job because of that
Was not able to use the product and item still in my house due to lack of time to go to the store to exchange or get a refund. Item couldn't work, had been to the shop before for them to help me out they did not however they did offer exchanged even with that still didn't work. It was so expensive when I bought it because of the spec that I read online. Gutted, lost a job that I needed the headphone to work and now I have another job I don't have time to go to the shop. Bought it at argos in Stratford. Customer service was not good, they didn't seem to care of the Customer problems which is a shame.
Still not able to pick the connection with the headset and my Internet at home.

They fit comefutabuly over the ears, so you dont really have to move them like some of the others. I the idea of having a red light on the Mic Boom is a good idear when you answer or make a call and they are faily quick to charge and you can have upto two connected at the same time. The only Negitive thing is the mute button is nice big button at the end of the Mic Boom and the Call answer button is nice and small next to the Vol control. I think they should change that round and have the Aswer button nice and big at the end of the Mic Boom and the mute button next to the Vol controls. That is my only negitve point. Yes I would Recommend this Product.
Lightweight & easy to use
Really lightweight wireless headset. Adjustable, so a comfortable fit for most head sizes. Padding on ear pieces is not excessive, but sufficient for comfort over the ears without impacting on sound quality. Sound is good from upper to lower ranges (certainly whilst listening to popular music). Exceptionally easy to ‘pair’ with phone and Android tablet. Haven’t managed to successfully do so with my Bluetooth enabled laptop yet, but that might be more to do with the software limitations on my PC; there is a usb cable provided so can use this anyway. Really quick charging. Generally good quality product.
Great product - Perfect for work
I got these as my workplace moved to a software for phone calls that no longer required a desktop phone. They're comfortable on the ears and the microphone is excellent.
They even have quite the range.
My only quibble would be that the on button is also supposed to be able to pick up calls - I have not quite figured that out yet as it hasn't worked whenever I've tried.
Overall, a great product and cheaper than a lot of its competitors. Comfortable, easy to use and the battery usually lasts 2 working days or so before I have to charge so you get a lot out of a single use.

I'm a harsh judge of audio equipment and at the price, these are superb sound quality. OK, you open the box and get 2 leads, one for charging from conventional USB and a 3.5mm jack to USB C allowing you to use them as a wired headphone. On/Off is the big button on the side where the flip up and down mic is. I checked out the audio quality with music and that was superb. Voice audio Is clear too. They're lightweight, comfy and adjustable. USB charging as you might imagine and easy to pair with my laptop, a little less so with my Sony phone. Got there in the end though.
Robust & easy connection
Having a robust construction they are much better than the ones supplied by my employer. Connects either wired (plug in cable) or wireless via bluetooth, both methods are very easy to do. Clear sound, perfect for Zoom or Teams meetings. Comfortable on ears even for quite long periods. Attractive design and colour scheme.Very long battery life between. charges. Mutes by one touch on side of headphone with handy indicator light on microphone. Can be used with microphone on right or left.
Easy to set up for someone not computer savvy
Really happy with these JLab GO wireless on-ear headset, they are lightweight so comfortable when using, very easy to set up to use with iPhone iPad battery life lasts full day, mike seems to only picks up my voice when talking to someone else sound quality, can listen to my music and read or play games. Won’t be letting my grandsons see this or they will NEED to borrow and won’t get it back. Also love the fact no wires so won’t tangle if I want to move in my wheelchair.
Great Budget Buy
Have used the Bluetooth feature on these for numerous Teams & Zoom meetings over past few weeks, always clear and the battery life is excellent (used for approx 4 hrs per day and only had to charge after 5 days). Found them very comfortable, great padding on earpieces and headband, easy to understand set up/use, particularly like the on earpiece mute feature (much easier than small fiddly buttons) slight feedback occasionally but other than that an excellent budget buy

pure class, really comfy could wear these for hours without getting an uncomfortable head, the noise-canceling feature is the best I've come across, little features that have been well thought about such as the little red light to show you are muted is great and the dual connection for Bluetooth is perfect, Ergonomically just right, Been using these at work and love them that much a second pair for the home will be purchased. No more uncomfortable earbuds for me
Lightweight, solid sound
Very comfortable fit with boom microphone not too distracting.
Connected to Android phone on first go. Tried a voice call and recipient said sound quality was excellent. I had to increase volume on headset using the button on one ear up. Sound very good, and outside noises seemed low. Microphone Sensitive and did not pick up extraneous noise.
As well as Bluetooth there is a wired option. I tried a Microsoft Teams call and it was as good as voice call
Good for telephony, not for music.
Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but all the talk and advice (and an app) regarding 'burning in' strongly suggested these headphones were good with music. Hmmm, not so much.
For comfortably sitting and chatting, plus the illuminated microphone tip to show if it's muted, then I can't fault them. If, like me, you've a larger head, you might find them a tad tight but overall comfort levels are oksy. I think I just expected more.
JLab GO work headset
WFH, eventually got sick of wired headsets getting tangled up or poor battery life on the usual wireless headsets or earphones I already. Did a bit of research and found the JLab GO work on a couple of best of lists, The sound quality is good, connects easily to devices and great battery performance. Ideally I would like a mono headset to have a free ear but at this price you can’t complain.
great sound
perfect headsets for working from home while having lots of online meetings and calls. Very easy to connect both to laptop and phone, the sound is very clear and also comfortable to wear for long time. It can be used for gaming or listening music as well, while the wireless features allows me to move around easily without affecting the sound or connection.

Got these recently. They are very comfortable to wear. The sound is really clear and not tinny. Well padded on-ear headset. Not outside noise. Very easy to set up and the instructions are simple to follow. 45+ hours of playtime. It has both the cables required.
